 Looking for a mentally retarded man?  Find a man who believes anything said by a government official in Nigeria. 

 We wish to welcome everybody back to content sharing on this blog.  We made two pervasive and volatile statements on 28th December, 2022, to the effect that:  - The modern HR Professionals do not read. And  - The HR Profession is on a high speed to extinction.  The popular saying "silence means consent" apply here.  Next week, we shall share with us HR Old and New words as we promised in April, 2022. Finally,  what is Wisdom?  Wisdom is the correct application of knowledge. 

 As we round up the year 2022, I hereby leave you with two Pervasive Statement:  Firstly, That most modern HR Professionals do not read.  HOW?  In April and last week, I gave myself two assignments - Old and New words in HR Management and The Rat Story, which I asked for assistance and up til now no response.  Secondly, The HR Profession is on a high speed to extinction  HOW TO STOP?  Professionals must start to READ and SHARE EXPERIENCE, and of necessity stop KNOWLEDGE SHARING for now.  There is no new thing under the sun.  Today I wish to tell you a village story and hope that your reaction would help relieve my HR burden.  The mother of the Rat died and all preparations were made for the burial including a new set of drums.  However, something happened two days to the burial day that led to the postponement of the ceremony.  The family mandated the Rat to put the drum set in the ceiling until the new date. When the new date came and the family asked for the drum set, the Rat acted Dumb, Deaf and Blind.  REASON?  The Rat had gone into the ceiling and eaten the drum set in the interval.  If I could get a minimum of three reactions putting current HR Management practices into the above story, I will share this my great burden.
