 Typically, employees communicate dissatisfaction in the form of abnormal behaviours which the average HR Manager tries to handle through the disciplinary procedure. The following are some of the forms through which employees communicate dissatisfaction in the work place: - Lateness to work. - Absenteeism. - Refusal to work overtime. - Work-to-rule. -Increased wasteges. - Defective products and services. - Sharing of confidential information with competition. - Abuse of work tools. - Pilfering. - Etc. Can discipline solve employees dissatisfaction when communicated by the above methods? The answer is a capital NO. -

 By insisting that my employer cease to owe staff annual leave, I unconsciously  increased production output greatly that could not be explained by executive management until it was brought to her attention. HOW? Executive management was informed that I was disrupting production by sending so many staff on annual leave against the better judgement of Production Managers. Executive Management's decision was that I should be told to send more people on annual leave.

My recommendations to one of my employers: 1. Increase staff salaries by 100% 2. Increase raw material purchase by 30% 3. Get 80% increase on profit margin. 4. I will resign if profit is not achieved. Employers Action: 1. Increased staff salaries by 100% 2. Increased raw material purchase by 15% 3. Profit margin went up by 100%
