 I once attended an interview for the post of Human Resources/ Personnel Manager. When the opportunity came, I asked the panel whether the position for which I was being interviewed as advertised was a printer's devil, to which I was told NO My attempt to reason with the panel that Human Resources/ Administration Manager was more like it, was flatly rejected. When I further asked for the difference between Human Resources  Manager and Personnel Manager, the panel had no answer. Professionals, would you say the company was right and if so, what would be the content difference of this job?

 A man who can't take care of money is a fool. You don't hate him, but you got to pity him.

HR Practice experience can be classified into three categories viz: - 20th century only - 21st century only -20th & 21st centuries combined.
