 You will allow me ask some simple questions which I know you have no answers. Firstly, I would like to know companies in Nigeria that force people to apply for employment with them? Secondly, I would also like to know who if anyone has been forced to apply for employment in any company? I have tried to scan through my over fifteen appointment letters and could not find anywhere provision was made for Resignation, rather Termination. My next question, where did Resignation of appointment come from? The next corollary question is why would any employer reject Resignation and any employer come up with the term Wrong Termination? Finally, Could an employee reject Termination or on the other hand could the employer reject Resignation? For the purpose of discussion, should the employer term his Termination as WRONGFUL, where would he work and who will pay him?  Last, last, why are those in politics in Nigeria are  involved? In Nigeria, there is no consequence for action or inaction. So they are involved politics solely for Stealing, selfishness and not to provide service for the people.

 In concluding this Content, I wish to1 share my personal experiences in both the public quoted and the private limited companies.. Amongst the public quoted companies, I worked in four.  The 1977 Indigenization Decree made Nigerians who were hardly prepared to takeover leadership assumed leadership, results of which are apparent for all to see. They ran all the companies aground. The only ones still alive are the ones, the former foreign owners got involved in management. The remaining ones, are either dead or on life support. The four companies in the public sector I worked, two are dead, one on life support and the fourth is still alive no thanks to the foreign owners. Another common experience is that three CEOs sold the CEO's residence's to themselves. Finally, two things that led to their terrible performance are Greed and Nepotism.
