Welcome back from an extended year-end vacation on core HR Content. As part of the welcome, we shall share something light today. Between 2007 and 2009, I chaired The Study Center Committee of the Ikeja Personnel Practitioners Consultative Association(Ikeja PPCA), which prepared students for the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), professional diploma. I equally, lecture on Advanced Industrial Relations there. I share with you today the non-negotiable Rules I made to organize the class. They are: - - No late coming will be allowed. - All phones must be on silent mode. - Students will do the reading. - No handouts. - There must be sharing. - Law of Harvest.
