THE BOSS AND SUBORDINATE 1

 Your boss is your leader and a leader worth it's salt leads by example and most importantly from the front. In the same token, all subordinates are followers who must by necessity must follow from behind the leader. Any follower that follows in front of the leader is a rebel.

Conversely, even when you rate performance through the 360 method, boss's rating is taken more seriously. The subordinate's performance is a function of the boss's performance.

For the purposes of practicality, this Content will set at nought all imported boss's typologies.

- Nepotistic boss

- Gossip boss.

- Supportive boss

- Pull Him Down boss

- Directionless boss

- Secretive boss

- Fault Finding boss

- Knowledge monopoly boss

- Absentees boss

- Absent Minded boss

- Dependable boss

Acceptedly, the above typologies are quite unusual to the Aping boss classifications imposed from outside without considerations to cultural differences.
