 Looking for a country where some citizens have the right to kill other citizens and destroy properties without questions being asked, while any attempts at self defense by those being killed is criminalized?

    It is very unfortunate. When those being attacked intensify and perfect their retaliation tactics, everyone will have sense.

 I have a first degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the best university then in that discipline in Nigeria, the University of Benin, Benin City.
