Some of the characteristics of KK are hereby defined below: - Nepotistic Boss - Generally I worked in several companies,  which included four Public  Limited Companies (Plc), in all no   Nigerian wanted yours truly to be  employed because I am from a  minority ethnic group. I only got employed by a direct order of foreigners. - Gossip Boss - There are leaders who never have character to speak directly to subordinates.  Your boss is your leader and a leader worth it's salt leads by example and most importantly from the front. In the same token, all subordinates are followers who must by necessity must follow from behind the leader. Any follower that follows in front of the leader is a rebel. Conversely, even when you rate performance through the 360 method, boss's rating is taken more seriously. The subordinate's performance is a function of the boss's performance.
