Continuing, he said, in some organizations, you dare not leave when the MD/CEO is still around. Finally, he asked, "Dear MD/CEO, Do you ask employees not to commence work yet when they resume earlier than the opening time?" REACTION Two of my experiences show the other side of the coin.
